- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in egg yolks and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour into the creamed mixture, mixing gently.
- Scoop out teaspoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into small balls.
- Roll each dough ball in coarse sanding sugar until fully coated.
