- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
- Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
