Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  3. Once the bacon is crispy, add the finely chopped yellow onions to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
  4. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the canned baked beans, crispy bacon, sautéed onions, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixed ingredients into a baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for about 45-60 minutes until thick and bubbling.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the beans to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
