- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Once the bacon is crispy, add the finely chopped yellow onions to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the canned baked beans, crispy bacon, sautéed onions, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixed ingredients into a baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for about 45-60 minutes until thick and bubbling.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the beans to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
