Step-by-Step Instructions for Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a large baking sheet.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot, add the baby Dutch potatoes, and parboil for about 10-13 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, add the corn. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl, then mix in minced garlic and Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Arrange the parboiled potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the ingredients and gently toss to coat.
