- Place the chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker and layer one thinly sliced onion over it.
- Whisk together chicken broth, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl. Add oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
