Cooking Steps
  1. Caramelize the onions by heating olive oil in a skillet, adding onions with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Roll each steak slice tightly from one end to form pinwheels, securing with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  6. Preheat your grill or skillet. Cook the pinwheels for about 4-5 minutes per side until seared to your liking.
