- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, gently mash fresh or frozen blueberries with a fork, adding lemon juice.
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon the yogurt mixture into an ice cube tray, then add the blueberry mixture on top.
- Place the filled tray in the freezer and let freeze for at least 3 hours.
