  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. In another bowl, gently mash fresh or frozen blueberries with a fork, adding lemon juice.
  3. Line a small baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon the yogurt mixture into an ice cube tray, then add the blueberry mixture on top.
  4. Place the filled tray in the freezer and let freeze for at least 3 hours.
  5. Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the tray and store in a resealable bag or airtight container.
