Instructions for Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
- Gently fold in ½ cup of diced strawberries, ½ cup of blueberries, and ½ cup of diced mango into the yogurt mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the yogurt-fruit mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each dollop. Alternatively, pour into silicone molds.
- Freeze for about 2 hours until the mixture is solid to the touch.
- Transfer the frozen yogurt bites to an airtight container, layering with parchment paper if necessary. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Gently fold in fruits to maintain their shape. Avoid high-water fruits to prevent sogginess.
