Method
 

Instructions for Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in ½ cup of diced strawberries, ½ cup of blueberries, and ½ cup of diced mango into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the yogurt-fruit mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each dollop. Alternatively, pour into silicone molds.
  4. Freeze for about 2 hours until the mixture is solid to the touch.
  5. Transfer the frozen yogurt bites to an airtight container, layering with parchment paper if necessary. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
