Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Allow about 10-15 minutes to warm up.
  2. Cut zucchini into uniform 1-inch thick pieces, thread them onto skewers.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic until well combined. Brush over zucchini skewers.
  4. Season skewers with salt and pepper just before grilling.
  5. Cook skewers on the grill for 8-12 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
