Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Chop bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and prepare cherry tomatoes.
  5. Alternate threading marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers.

  7. Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
