  • 1 each Lemon Juice Fresh juice is best!
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Substitute with oregano or basil if preferred.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Allow the chicken to sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken in the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F.
  5. Grill the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, flipping only once.
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes after grilling.
  7. Slice the chicken and garnish with parsley and extra grated Parmesan if desired.
