  2. Cut a small slice off the bottom of each zucchini to create a stable base. Using chopsticks, slice each zucchini into thin slits without cutting through to the bottom.
  3. Place the zucchinis in a baking dish, then melt the butter. Pour it over the zucchinis, spreading it between the slits.
  4. Combine parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle this blend into the slits of the zucchinis and rub it in.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
