Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, mix together milk, brown sugar, molasses, and melted butter over medium heat until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla together. Gradually pour in the warm wet mixture while whisking continuously. Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan and pour in the batter, spreading evenly.
