Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into ¼-inch rounds or halve it lengthwise and cut into 3-inch pieces. Arrange the bread on a baking sheet and brush each slice generously with extra virgin olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  2. Finely dice the Roma tomatoes and cucumber while the crostini are baking. In a mixing bowl, combine these with green onions and crumbled feta. Add lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, dill, and basil. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the topping onto each crostini, making sure to include some of each ingredient for balanced bites. Arrange on a platter to serve.
