  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Canola or Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey Can use agave for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ground Paprika Smoked paprika for an excellent twist
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce Frank's or Sriracha, optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting the chicken, bell peppers, and red onion into uniform chunks.
  2. Mix the dry seasonings: ground paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Create the marinade by whisking together mayonnaise, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, and hot sauce.
  4. Combine chicken and vegetables in a bowl, adding the marinade and tossing until coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Skewer the marinated ingredients onto skewers, alternating chicken and veggies.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium at about 375°F.
