Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Corn on the Cob
  1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature of 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and stir in 2 teaspoons of Tajín seasoning and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Remove the husks and silk from 4 fresh corn cobs and brush each with vegetable oil.
  4. Place the corn directly onto the preheated grill and grill for about 15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and brush generously with the Tajín butter.
  6. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the corn and sprinkle with Cotija cheese and chopped cilantro.
