Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Corn on the Cob
- Preheat your grill to 400°F (200°C). Allow the grill to heat for about 20 minutes.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mix in Tajín seasoning and a pinch of sea salt.
- Remove the husks and silk from each corn cob, rinse under cold water, and pat dry. Brush corn with vegetable oil.
- Place the corn on the preheated grill. Grill for approximately 15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
- Once grilled, remove from heat and brush with the seasoned butter mixture. Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro and Cotija cheese.
