  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 0.5 cup of buffalo sauce, 0.25 cup of honey, and 2 minced garlic cloves until well combined.
  2. Generously season 1.5 pounds of chicken thighs on both sides with salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of dried parsley.
  3. Coat each seasoned chicken thigh with 2 tablespoons of the prepared honey buffalo sauce and let them marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-low heat, around 300°F, ensuring the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.
