Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Fold the cooled macaroni, celery, red onion, carrots, and sweet pickle relish into the dressing gently with a spatula.
