- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached at the back.
- Layer cheese slices over the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and scramble in a greased skillet until just set.
- Spread the scrambled eggs over the cheese layer and sprinkle crispy bacon on top.
- Cap with the top half of the rolls and press down gently.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chives and flaky sea salt, then slice and serve warm.
