  • 8 slices Cheese Cheddar or American
  • 8 slices Bacon or crumbled sausage
  • 6 large Eggs or egg whites for healthier option
  • 0.25 cup Milk almond or non-dairy option
For Flavoring
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped, or substitute with green onions
  • Flaky Sea Salt to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached at the back.
  3. Layer cheese slices over the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and scramble in a greased skillet until just set.
  5. Spread the scrambled eggs over the cheese layer and sprinkle crispy bacon on top.
  6. Cap with the top half of the rolls and press down gently.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chives and flaky sea salt, then slice and serve warm.
