Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together four eggs and one cup of half and half until well blended. Allow this mixture to sit aside as you continue with preparations.
- Stir in one teaspoon of vanilla extract, one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, a quarter cup of brown sugar, and a pinch of salt into the custard. Mix until fully incorporated and the sugar is dissolved.
- Take six King’s Hawaiian Rolls and poke several holes in the bottom of each roll. Set the prepared rolls aside while you ready your soaking station.
- Dip each roll into the custard mixture for about 30 seconds. Carefully turn the rolls to ensure all sides are well coated, then let any excess custard drip off.
- On medium-low heat, melt two tablespoons of butter in a nonstick skillet. Keep the heat controlled to allow the exterior to caramelize without burning.
- Place the soaked rolls in the skillet and cook each side for 30 to 60 seconds or until they achieve a golden color.
- Transfer the warm Hawaiian Roll French Toast to plates, dust with powdered sugar, and top with fresh berries and maple syrup. Serve immediately.

Notes
Avoid over-soaking the rolls and control the heat for perfect caramelization. Customize with toppings as desired.
