Step-by-Step Instructions for Keto Taco Soup
  1. In a small bowl, mix your homemade taco seasoning or use 2 tablespoons of premade seasoning. Set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add taco seasoning and cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and combined.
  4. Transfer the beef and cream cheese mixture into a slow cooker. Add cilantro, Rotel, and beef broth, mixing well.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. Ladle soup into bowls and top with cheese, jalapeños, and avocado.
