  3. Gradually pour in milk, stirring until the batter is thin and pourable. Let it rest.

  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour batter into the skillet, swirling it to form a thin circle. Cook until edges are dry.
