  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the top sirloin steak cubes dry with paper towels, then season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water or beef broth, garlic, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, oregano, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the steak cubes and sear for 2 minutes per side, then transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining steak.
  4. In the hot skillet, pour in some of the honey garlic sauce to deglaze, scraping up browned bits. Return steak bites and coat with sauce, cooking for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  5. Plate the steak bites, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve warm.
