Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine fresh mint leaves with organic cane sugar in a mortar and pestle. Crush leaves to create a vibrant green paste.
  2. Add hot water to the mint-sugar mixture and stir until sugar dissolves and it turns a beautiful green color.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to extract the mint syrup.
  4. In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the mint syrup over the ice and add cold coffee, stirring gently.
  5. Pour in milk of choice until the glass is nearly full, gently stirring to blend the flavors.
