- Generously season your boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper, coating both sides evenly.
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat while you prepare the chicken.
- In the preheated skillet, add olive oil and warm for about a minute. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- While the chicken rests, slice the avocado, cheese, red onion, and tomato thinly.
