Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the packed brown sugar and granulated sugar, increase heat, and bring to a gentle boil for about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow to cool slightly.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel sticks in a large bowl and coat evenly.
  6. Transfer the coated pretzel mixture to the lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted.
  8. Drizzle melted chocolate over the pretzel bark.
  9. Sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate before it sets.
  10. Let cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes and then refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  11. Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
