Preparation Steps
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the packed brown sugar and granulated sugar, increase heat, and bring to a gentle boil for about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow to cool slightly.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel sticks in a large bowl and coat evenly.
- Transfer the coated pretzel mixture to the lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the pretzel bark.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate before it sets.
- Let cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes and then refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
