  3. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bright pink and opaque, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, bring to simmer, and let reduce for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately over pasta or with bread.
