  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 large Egg well-beaten

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the spinach by thawing and draining frozen spinach or washing and chopping fresh spinach.
  3. In a large bowl, mix prepared spinach with crumbled feta, mozzarella, and a well-beaten egg along with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly to form disks.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet before serving warm with a dip.
