Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Evenly coat each turkey wing with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Place the seasoned turkey wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and surround with chicken broth.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes until crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the wings rest for 10 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
