- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag, pour in half of the marinade, seal, and massage the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Reserve and refrigerate the remaining marinade separately.
- Remove marinated chicken from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Arrange marinated chicken thighs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While chicken is baking, bring reserved marinade to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Brush the thickened marinade over the chicken and broil for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
