  • 2 teaspoons Coriander

Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Kosher salt recommended
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and dry the chicken thighs, then rub with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, and cayenne in a bowl to make the marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat the broiler to high or set the oven to 450°F.
  5. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, and place a greased wire rack on top if desired.
  6. Transfer marinated chicken to the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Broil chicken for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
