- Boil a large pot of salted water over high heat. Add rotini pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cooled rotini pasta. Layer in diced pepperoni, salami, and ham, tossing gently to combine.
- Fold in shredded lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, black olives, and diced tomatoes, mixing gently but thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
