- Gather all fresh ingredients. Chop salami, ham, pepperoni, cheese, dice tomatoes, onion, shred lettuce, and slice pepperoncinis.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 9-11 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
