Make the Cheese Ball
- Mix the chopped bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, finely chopped jalapenos, green onions, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and ground black pepper in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and mold it into a ball shape. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the coating by mixing the chopped roasted pecans, parsley, additional bacon, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos together.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in the coating mixture until fully covered.
- Wrap the cheese ball again in plastic wrap and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Before serving, allow the cheese ball to sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
