  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and all spices until smooth.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to 400-450°F (200-232°C) about 20 minutes before cooking.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with grape tomatoes, bell peppers, and onion.
  5. Cook kabobs on grill or in oven for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Combine reserved marinade with yogurt, cilantro, and honey to make dip.
