Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter until it bubbles gently.

  3. Tear burrata into pieces and place them on the pesto-covered bread slice.

  6. Remove from the skillet, let rest for a minute, then slice in half and serve.
