Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your pie crust.
- Bake the pie crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Split the yogurt mixture; mix one half with pureed strawberries and the other with pureed blueberries.
- Layer the strawberry mixture in the cooled crust, followed by the blueberry mixture. Swirl gently.
- Spread whipped cream over the pie in a decorative manner.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set the layers.
- Slice and serve, optionally garnished with fresh berries.
