Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat, leaving a little for flavor.
  2. Introduce finely diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded cabbage and sauté for 5 minutes until wilted yet crunchy.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
