Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, combine raspberries, quartered strawberries, and blueberries with 2 tablespoons of flour.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
  4. Add in eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, alternating and mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold the berry mixture into the batter gently.
