Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Fill the bottom pot of the double boiler with water and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  3. Combine white baking chips, almond bark, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in the top pan of the double boiler and stir for 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove the pan from heat, add lemon juice and half the lemon zest, and stir until integrated.
  5. Transfer fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining lemon zest on top.
  6. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 4-6 hours or refrigerate for 2-4 hours to set.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve.
