Step-by-Step Instructions for No Bake Strawberry Jello Lasagna
  1. Crush about 24 Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in fresh strawberries. Spread over the chilled crust and return to fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, let cool. Mix yogurt and whipped cream until fluffy, fold in cooled gelatin, and spread over cream cheese layer.
  4. Whip additional cream until stiff peaks form, spread over gelatin layer and create swirls or peaks.
  5. Garnish with white chocolate curls or strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  6. Cut into squares and serve, optionally garnishing with more strawberries or chocolate curls.
