  • 1.5 cups Oat Milk or any preferred plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds can be omitted or replaced with flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract can be omitted if in a pinch
  • to taste Maple Syrup or honey/agave syrup as a substitute
For the Flavor
  • 1 cup Nutella can use vegan or homemade Nutella as a substitution

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, oat milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well incorporated, ensuring there are no clumps.
  2. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
  3. Once set, retrieve your favorite jar. Add a dollop of Nutella at the bottom, then add the oatmeal mixture, leaving space for toppings.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats to mix in Nutella and adjust consistency with more oat milk if needed. Top with fruits, nuts, or seeds.
