Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the onion is tender.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish. Layer thinly sliced potatoes over the beef, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
