- Beat the eggs and create a well in the rice mixture, pour in the eggs and cook for 2 minutes before mixing.
- Season with soy sauce, toss everything and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the mixture to the air fryer for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
