Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack the large eggs and add the ricotta cheese, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place the silicone molds in the baking pan and lightly grease if desired.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into each mold, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Pour hot water into the baking pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the molds.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Cool in the molds for about 10 minutes, then remove and transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
