  • 1 pkg Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix Any flavor can be used
  • 1 cup Milk Almond or oat milk for dairy-free
For the Mix-Ins
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows Can be omitted
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries Quartered
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash fresh strawberries and blueberries under cool running water. Remove tops from strawberries and slice into quarters.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk cheesecake pudding mix with milk until smooth and thickened.
  5. Carefully add pudding mixture to Cool Whip and cream cheese blend and mix gently.
  6. Fold in strawberries, blueberries, and mini marshmallows carefully.
  7. Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Gently mix salad before serving into small bowls or dessert cups.
