Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the angel food cake by cutting it into 1½-inch cubes and slice strawberries lengthwise.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until the mixture thickens.
  3. Pipe a layer of cream filling into the bottom of your trifle dish and arrange the cake cubes around the perimeter.
