  • 1 cup strawberries Halved
  • 1 cup blueberries Whole
  • 2 medium bananas Sliced just before assembly
  • 1 cup grapes Whole
For the Yogurt Dip
  • 1 cup plain yogurt Greek recommended
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure preferred
  • 1/2 lemon lemon zest Freshly grated

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon zest in a bowl until smooth. Set aside to meld flavors.
  2. Cut watermelon, halve strawberries, slice bananas, and toss cut fruit in lemon juice.
  3. Place yogurt dip in a shallow bowl with granola sprinkled around it for texture.
  4. Assemble skewers with an alternating pattern of blueberry, strawberry, watermelon, grape, and banana.
  5. Arrange skewers on a platter with the yogurt dip in the center.
  6. Refrigerate the skewers for 15 minutes before serving.
