  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Melt with oil for drizzling.
  • 1 teaspoon Oil Coconut oil, shortening, or canola oil.

  1. Step 1: Prepare Fruit and Shortcake Rolls - Place the Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake Rolls in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm them up. Wash strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Step 2: Assemble Kabobs - Thread two pieces of shortcake rolls, one strawberry, one blackberry, and one blueberry onto each skewer. Repeat the pattern and finish with another piece of cake roll and a strawberry.
  3. Step 3: Melt White Chocolate - Combine white chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, approximately 1-2 minutes.
